About the Instructor

 Kemeera Nimahat is a formal professional dancer, doula, prenatal & postnatal dance instructor, wife and mother of four. She has been teaching dance for almost 20 years and during her own pregnancies began to notice the benefits of dance on her pregnancy, birth and postpartum recovery. She created her Mamma Jamma Dance Method based on her personal experiences as well as her extensive training and understanding of movement, biomechanics and physiology.
